大家好！ 考试完了！ 小弟我呢又因为无聊上来了。今天要谈什么呢？呵呵，最近都有在看<食尚玩家--浩角翔起篇>。 两位主持人真的是太好笑了，把整个节目搞得很有趣，整个人都看疯了。让我对美食产生了些些兴趣。除此之外，因为一些猪朋狗友的影响，食量变大了。今天刚好 又有和家人出外吃。呵呵。想尝试说说看吃过这家美食的一些想法与口感。

但是我想先声明：我所发表的都是个人的意见并不是专业的批评。还有我并不会常这么做因为常都吃我老母煮的家常便饭，或没时间以及没特别注意食物的口感之类的理由。

今天去的是新时代南北小厨。餐厅看起来还挺舒服的，又有冷气。要吃饭的客人还是得排队等位子的呢。所以要去那里吃饭的朋友务必先拨通电话订位子。

第一道菜是泰式炸红鱼，鱼肉很滑嫩，鱼皮炸的脆度刚刚好，蛮不错的。但是他的汁对我而言会有些小呛口。他的港蒸红鱼，鱼肉也很滑嫩，汁很鲜甜，淋在饭上增加了饭的香味。

沙律虾球外皮脆，内肉Q。但吃多了有点腻。椒盐鲜尤和沙律虾球口味差不多，但稍微清淡一些。麦片虾歹势啦! 小弟我没尝到。因为沙律虾球太好吃我吃太多感到腻了。XD

我觉得最好吃的是京汁排骨王，肉质很棒，即不会粘齿，也不会太干燥。在肉上的汁甜中带有些酸。咀嚼完之后，酸甜味还残留在口中。赞!

我最不喜欢的是四宝盅仔翅。觉得他太淡了，让我觉得味道不够。若味道在重一些些会更好。 rating:3/5

好了.说了那么多肚子咕噜咕噜叫了。小弟现在去吃些零食XD. 再见咯！

再次说明以上只是我个人对那些美食料里的一些感觉，并不是专业的批评。若你吃了感觉不同，请别怪我。
